one (begin again)

60 minutes, foundational class. In this class we get to experience the beginning in new ways. An updated version of the beloved npy class, power1.

smwyp

addictive, incredible, perfect, this class is a 60 -minute energy boost that lasts all week. fast paced, 1/2 breath-1 pose power vinyasa, ecstatic dance, go-round, and wild.alive. meditation into savasana.

power hour

a 60-minute power vinyasa class, 3-5 breath setup, flow ending, 1 breath-1 pose. working foundational power, legs, balance, and weight transition.

weightless

a 1-breath/1-pose advanced power vinyasa flow with one dumbbell that feels, weightless.

expanded

60-min strong & stretchy flow class that allows you to stretch and strengthen in one class.

r&r

ONLINE weekly meditation, with caroline, relax & restore. May include gentle stretching, or simply an extended medtiation. headphones encouraged.
